Hide Tags 2010 Theme?

  Hi,

  I have asked this before and the discussion went limp on me. I need to hide tags and categories at the bottom of my posts. I want to do this on the home page/ archives as well as the individual post.

  Can you please provide the shortcode (or whatever its called, sorry) for me to paste into the CSS thingy. AND please provide instructions on where (and how to get there) to paste this.
