Hide Tags Under Posts on The Adaption Theme

    Hi all!

    I’ve been a WordPress blogger for quite some time, but I just recently purchased my domain and did a total makeover to really get a jump start on my blog.
    I found a great theme that I love, only problem is that I like a very clean, simplistic look and the tags under my posts totally disrupt that. Boo. :-(

    After hours and hours of trying to figure it out on my own, I was directed to ask you lovely folks. If anyone has a solution to this, that doesn’t involve plugins, I’d kiss you I would! Also, I do have the Customized CSS enabled as a trial that I hope to buy if it can fix this issue, so I can learn the basics of HTML if you put it layman’s terms.

    Again, I just want to hide the tags under every post without making them inactive. Thank youuu! :-)

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Copy this code into the CSS text area to trial it and if you like it then just click “Save”:

    .tags-links {
      display:none;
    }

    I actually tried that, and there was no change. :-(

    I checked the custom CSS for your site and I found that you have this saved:

    .postmetadata {
    	display: none
    }

    See how it starts with “.postmetadata” instead of “.tags-links”? Can you try deleting that and using the example hallluke posted for you above? If you tried copy and pasting it before, maybe it didn’t save for some reason. Make sure to click Save after you make your update in the Appearance > Customize > CSS editor.

    I don’t know why I didn’t see that.
