  Hide the site title and tagline sitewide.

  Hi, @burnellyow,

  Good news. WordPress.com has a lovely checkbox that assists with this.

  Open My Sites → Customizer and click on the Site Identity section.

  The checkbox is there titled: Display Site Title and Tagline

  The theme on the blog listed above was retired quite some time ago. If this is the site you are working with, a theme that is supported would be a good way to go. :)
