Hide/disable the HTML front-end content?

Is it possible to hide or disable the front-end content so I can avoid googles duplicate content penalty?
I am only using the REST API in my angular app.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That URL doesn’t work for browsers and I think that Google will not index it.

Ok!
My goal is to have google index it, it is possible and to have the wordpress.com adress not indexed.
If I remeber it right, It is something I can fix in the webmasters tool, by excluding the wordpress domain..
