Hiding a blog

  Hi I’m trying to test out how wordpress works and it published the blog. How do I hide the blog from the public so I can just play around with it? Thanks!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, and welcome to WordPress!

  You can make your blog private by going to your Dashboard, and navigating to Settings > Reading.

  Under Site Visibility, you can select “I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose” and that way anyone who tries to visit your blog will be asked to log in.

  You can also make individual blog posts private, by either making them private, or setting a password to view them. You can find out more about that at the following support article:
