Hiding a page from your theme menu

  I’d like to hide the following page from my menu on my wordpress site:

  Comment Policy

  I’ve succeeded in doing so by deleting the name of the page. This results in the page remaining, but not showing up in top level menu structure. My question is this: is there a better way to do this? It gets rather annoying with stats, and even more so if you (for some reason) place the page in a lower order menu.
