Hiding Categories

  Hi
  Is it possible to hide Categories from the main blog page? If so, can some one please advise me on the process.

  Option A: The iNove theme has a option to hide categories and tags.

  Option B: if you know CSS you can buy the upgrade and hide the categories and Tags
