hiding categories under my posts

  Is there a way to hide and keep categories from appearing each of under my posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not automatically, no, you could try hiding them via CSS using the Custom CSS Upgrade if you were really keen to do so and are somewhat comfortable with CSS:
