  I have embedded a pdf file on a menu page, Forms. I want it to be item five that visitors can select. How can I hide the Download button?

  Hi there, yes, in this case, you can disable the File Block’s download button under its Block Settings: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/file-block/#block-settings-panel
