Hiding email

  Someone who replied to a comment I posted had access to my email. I don’t want anyone to be able to view that. How do I hide it?

  Never comment.

  When you comment on a blog, the blog owner can see your email address.

  Not commenting on a blog? That sort of defeats the purpose I had when creating this. I want to keep in touch with people, discuss posts and ideas. What else is there beside using the comment box?
  So there is no way to fix this in wordpress? To protect my information? Very disappointing.
