hiding email on contact form

  I created a Contact Form on my blog but it publicly displays my full name and email and I would rather hide that from the public. How do I hide that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Meagan,

  Whenever a user is logged into their WordPress.com account and visits a Contact Page, their name and email will auto-populate in the Name/Email fields. This information is only seen by the user and is not visible to the public. Log out of your account and visit your Contact Page again, and the fields should be blank.
