Hiding Featured Image at top of Blog Post

    The Problem: I moved from the Oxygen theme to the Blissful Blog theme. Now, each post populates the featured image at the top of the post as well as within the post where I want it to show. I don’t want the featured image at the top of each post, but when I removed the featured image from the post, it defaults to one of the images in the posts for thumbnails (ex. Top Posts and Pages thumbnails), etc., and most of the time those default images are not the ones I want as thumbnails since they don’t reflect the main point of the content.

    The Question: How do I hide the featured image for posts so that I can still have featured images for Publicized posts and for Top Posts list on my blog but not have the image show up right above each post?
