Hiding Featured Image in Posts

  I really like featured images. However, I would like them to show up only as post thumbnails and not when the post is opened (for a few posts). Please help me with this.

  Hi there – there’s a setting in your Customize tool that should help you disable Featured images on posts or pages, whichever you prefer.

  Thanks a lot, @denacroyal. This works amazingly. However, the featured images are removed from ALL the posts. Is it possible to somehow remove them from a few posts whereas let them appear on other posts?

  This could only be possible with some CSS code and it would require writing a new piece of code each time you publish a new post depending on whether you want to display the featured image or not.
