hiding from search engines

  Hi.. how do I prevent my blog from appearing on Google?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can go to Settings > Privacy in your dashboard and choose either the second or third options.

  thanks. but is there a way to wash off even the cached copies?

  …or maybe save an archive copy of my blog to my computer, so I can delete the online blog?

  You can save your blog’s contents to your computer, but that won’t remove it from search engines; you’ll either have to wait till it disappears in a few months or weeks or contact each search engine (including google.co.uk, google.ca, google.com, etc, etc) and ask them to remove the cached version.
