Hiding Home Title

Can I hide the word Home On my home page. Or can I change it to: Accessible Destinations. Like I have below the image.

You can in fact remove it as well with a custom menu, but I won’t recommend that as that is the page where all your posts are displayed, unless you want a static front page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

Yes. If you set up a custom menu you can rename any of the links, no matter the title of the page it links to. All the instructions are in the first link I posted above.

I don’t want to rename the link. Just whats on the page. I want to leave navigation the way it is.

If I got this right. If I change my home page to a custom menu. I can change the wording HOME just above the photo. My my Link in navigation will stay as HOME?

I think we’re missing each other here.
By default, the “Home” link on the menu leads to your blog’s posts, displayed in reverse chronological order. If you want the word “Home” to be something else but still take readers to your posts, you have to set up a custom menu where you will be able to rename that link. The custom menu can still include all your existing pages, but has a few more options than the default menu.
If you want the “Home” link to lead to a specific page rather than all your posts you can do so from Settings ->Reading in your dashboard. Just follow the instructions in the second support doc I linked to above.

I know I’m confusing you, and I’m sorry. At the very top I have all my link tabs. I don’t want to change anything there at all. If you look to the left side of the page and just above the photo you will see the word HOME. I want to change that to say something else.

Okay, now I get it. It seems you already have a static page set up as home page. Go to “Pages” in your dashboard. There should be a page titled “Home”. Edit the page and change the title, then update it. That should do it.
The URL of the page shouldn’t change when you change the title, so the menu links should still work as before.

Hey, at least we’re moving forward now :-D
If you now set up a custom menu you’ll be able to rename the navigation label back to “Home”. All the instructions in the first support doc I linked to above.
