Hiding not deleting the blog.

  I don’t want to delete the blog but I want to hide it for now. Also I would like to save the information for later to restart another blog at some point.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can hide your blog by making it private. See this:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  If by saving the information you mean you’d like to import one blog’s contents into a new one, if you use the Export function you can make a back up copy of your blog that later you can import into another blog:
