Hiding Pages?

    Being a photography blog, I want to be able to create pages that are only viewable to the customers who have the link and/or password to the page so that they can view their photoshoot privately. I want to create a password protected page, but when I do, it appears in the navigation at the top, which I don’t want. I’ve been searching, but I cannot seem to find a solution to this.
    If all else fails, I will have to create a page that has a parent to one of my main pages, but I really would not want to do that. So my question is – is there a way I can take specific pages out of my navigation?
