Hiding Public page tabs when on a private page
-
I know it’s possible to make pages private and have them visible only to who you choose to allow. What I’d like to do is whilst in a private page have the public pages hidden. For example if I have 8 pages open to the public that takes up a lot of space on the menu bar, I’d like it so that there could be 1 master private page (call it a lounge) where all the tabs to the private pages are visible but not the public ones. If i have 8 private pages as well that’s gonna be one fat menu, how to i hide the public pages so i can have a clean menu on top.
or
If this was a standalone wp install could be accomplished by installing wp within wp ? a new additional install in it’s own folder. Would this idea i have be possible then or only lead to problems ?
Thanks
