hiding results in polls

  I have a poll created but have not posted. I need to hide the results but did not do that in the initial creation of the poll.
  Question 1. Do i have to TOTALLY recreate poll to make this change
  question 2. If i go ahead and post poll, will anyone at anytime be able to access poll results in my blog?

  If you have a wp.COM blog, you should either link your nick to it or give us its URL.

  No need to apologize! It’s just that we cannot help without a link to the blog (and your nick links to another site, which is of no use here).

  If by “thought i did it” you mean what you filled in before posting, unfortunately that’s only for auto-responding to wp.ORG bloggers who often come here instead of their own forum; doesn’t transfer to the post.

  The answers to your original questions are no and no. You click “Polls” in the dashboard sidebar, click Edit, change whatever option you want to change.
