Hiding the sidebar from posts (Yes, this has been done before…)

  Hello,

  I want to hide the sidebar from all post pages – basically everywhere except the home page. I have Custom CSS on WordPress.com, and have tried the standard command:

  . post #sidebar{
  display:none;
  }

  to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  ? On http://acherontamovebo.com/ you haven’t added any sidebar widgets. Are you talking about a different blog?
