Hiding the tagline on Snap theme
-
Hello! I´m back with more questions, you must all be SO sick of me by now, my apologies… but this should hopefully be a simple one. :)
I would like to hide the tagline of my blog. I don´t want to just delete the text and have nothing there, as it´s useful for SEO, but I don´t want it showing on the blog. I´ve noticed that some themes have the option in the Customiser to hide or show the tagline text but Snap unfortunately doesn´t. Any ideas as to how I can do this with CSS?
Thanks so much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Your site is totally awesome-looking.
By the way, I couldn’t find the tagline at all. Have you modified it or can you show me where?

Hi hfzrhmn
Thanks for your kind words! I’m not currently using the tagline because it looks really ugly… but for SEO purposes I’d love to have it there, but invisible. I’ve done this before on a different theme, so I’m fairly sure it should be possible with CSS, but I don’t know how on Snap… any ideas? Could I make the tagline text white so it doesn’t show up?

Hiding the tagline with CSS is very possible, but for that to happen we will need the tagline to show up first. Can you please make it so? Afterwards let me know and I’ll send you the custom CSS to hide it :)
