Hiding Titles

Going through the tortures of hell with this one.
I’m using the 3 clicks theme.
When I’m working on a Page in edit mode, there is an area at the bottom of the document settings where I can hide the title. There are two options: “Hide The title” and “Hide the title on singular page views.”
I can eventually hide the title but every-time I just open a page to edit, the live page automatically shows the title. What I then do is a combination of refreshing the page, clicking the “Hide Title” off and on and hitting the updating button a number of times in a row. Sometimes just one refresh will do it other times it can be at least 10 tries with any of the combinations above before the title is actually his from the live page.
What gives?
