  I am trying to set up Hierarchy options in Categories, but nothing seems to answer my question.

  Hey there,

  You can certainly organize your post categories using hierarchies from the Category page. To do so, visit Posts > Categories from your site dashboard.

  By default, each category will be added as a Top level Category. This means that it is not a subcategory. You can disable this by selecting the category, then switching the toggle off next to Top level Category. Once off, you can choose the parent category from a provided list.
