High Resource Usage

Hi there, I have hosted (HostPapa) WordPress site that gets next to no traffic (think a visitor every few days) that seems to be triggering massive resource issues. The theme developer has been around for AGES and I recently upgraded my theme to the newest version to see if that was the issue. High resource usage also seems to happen if I have all plugins deactivated. The developer and I have also worked to institute some changes on the host side. I have Heartbeat enabled, though I’ve recently adjusted the settings, and have pretty much tried everything I can to stop this unsuccessfully. I have a free site that gets about 600 visitors a day, and it seems to be just fine.
The site is lostinfernal.com. It is a pretty basic site.
Any ideas on what I can do to stop this? It’s been going on FOREVER now, and I’m about ready to flip a table.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
