Highlighting current page in Menu

    I’m using the Structure theme for my website and am having problems with the menu. If the menu link takes you to a Page (Home, Print, About) then the link remains highlighted when you arrive on that page. But if you click on any of the category links (Essays, Reviews, Blog) then nothing remains highlighted on the menu bar. This makes navigation quite difficult. Can this be fixed using CSS? I’ve been trying but haven’t got anywhere and from doing research looks like I might have to edit the php (which I obviously can’t do)…
