    Hi,
    I recently published a post but I don’t think the sharing/subscription features (I have it configured to share to my Facebook news feed and have an email sent out to my subscribers) is working. Could we look into what might be causing the problem? The post is published and everything looks fine except it’s not showing up on Facebook and an email hasn’t been sent.

    No problem. I’ll be happy to take a look.

    I can see that you established a Publicize connection with Facebook about 2 months ago.

    Is this a new issue you are writing to us about? Or has this never worked correctly for you?

    When I test the connection between Publicize and Facebook everything checks out fine.

    As a first step, my suggestion is to remove and reestablish the Facebook connection. More information about that is found in the Trouble Shooting section of this guide:

    Could you send me a link to the Facebook profile where you want the Publicize connection established?

    So, let’s start with this bit of information and go from there.
