    Hi,
    Ive just craeted a new account but made a mistake in my email address and so cannot receive the welcome and confirm email… I need to delete the s from rooflines in my email.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • In addition to answer by @staartmees. I assume you haven’t changed the email address in settings.
    Firstly, try changing your email address from Account Settings>email address. Once you change your email address, sometimes the verification link will not be immediately received on your new (correct) email. Hence for that the staff will get involved with you.

    Meanwhile, you can help by giving your correct email address on this thread so that staff can directly send you the verification link, it will be redacted for privacy protection and will only be visible to staff.

    Hi All,
    Many thanks for your swift and comprehensive replies.
    I need to knock off the ‘s’ and alter my registered email to:
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Currently it is incorrectly set to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    On attempting to update it in account settings, it simply states unable as I have not verfiried/activated my account.
