hijacked

my site has been hijacked. They are using my credentials as their information. They are lovelife11. When I go to contact to them it pulls up my information. What is happening and how did this happen?

As dolgelukkig mentioned, a link to the page where you are seeing this information and a screenshot would be a great help:
The screenshot can be uploaded to your Media Library — if it contains personal information such as your email address, please don’t post a link here as these forums are public. Just let me know when it has been uploaded and I can take a look.

Somehow this person created a blog using my information. If you go to (email visible only to moderators and staff) you will see it. -

I’ve visited lovelife11‘s site and I can’t see any information connected to your account. There is only one post containing a couple of lines of text. Can you send me a link to the page you are looking at? Please copy the whole URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into your reply.
All I want to do is change my email address to my new email address, so this cannot happen anymore.
The email address for your account can be updated using these steps:
We require each WordPress.com account to use a unique email address, which means accounts cannot share the same email address.

Hi @authorhopeglenn,
Do you mean that your contact info appears in the contact form on a WordPress.com site you don’t own?
If you do, that is intentional.
When you are logged-in to your account, it will automatically populate contact forms with the contact info associated with the account – only you can see those details in the form.
If you log out of your account, then view the form, the fields should be empty.
