Hijacked domain name

My client, NY Orthodontics (I did not use the client’s real name), registered two domains on 5/1/2015 – nyorthdontics.com and nyortho.com (not the real names). Their website is nyortho.com and the domain nyorthodontics.com is redirected to nyortho.com in case someone mistakenly tries to access nyorthodontics.com. If I Google NY Orthodontics, the first thing that comes up is nyorthodontics.wordpress.com. The Google snippet below the site title has the date May 1, 2015 – which I assume is the date it was started and the same date the domains were registered by my client. The site appears to be a shell as there is minimal generic information in it. No address, names, etc. My client did not create the nyorthodontics.wordpress.com site and its creating quite a bit of confusion with patients who search for NY Orthodontics. Short of trademarking the NY Orthodontics name and resorting to the courts, is there anything I can do to get this site taken down or at least contact the person who started the site? I posted through the contact page and got an automated response asking me to Confirm so I can receive email notification when new comments are posted. I won’t hold my breath for a response. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Be clear on the fact that the answer is no. There is no expiration date on .wordpress.com blogs unused, reserved or otherwise.

If and only if, you can make contact on your own with the owner of an unused blog via submitting a contact form on the site or commenting on a post on the site, then providing the site owner is agreeable to it there is a means of a consenting blog owner to transfer the blog to another username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

In the case that there is no contact information or you do not get a response to a contact form submission or to a comment on the site, Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address.
