Hıjacked Postings

  I have notıced that some postings in our weblog, has been linked to some porno sites. I do not know how to prevent this. Cancel pingbacks but the problem is there

  The only way a porno link can appear on your blog is if you put it there. However you cannot prevent anyone on the web from linking to your blog. I guess the best way to prevent a blogger at a porno site from developing an interest in your blog is not to display any risque images or to discuss any sex related topics. Other than that I can’t help you.

  I’m afriad you’re not too clear as to how they are showing up on your blog. You mention both postings and pingbacks. Those are two different things. Please state what specifically the issue is or at least show an example.

  The only way a porno link can appear on your blog is if you put it there.

  Just for reference, that’s not true. Do note the poster mentions ‘Hıjacked Postings.’ If you have a simple password that’s easily guessed, you may have issues.

  If you’re talking about porno links within comments, the best bet would be to mark them as spam. There’s no way to prevent them as you do not have control over your visitors. If Akismet, the anti spam system we have here, learns that they are spam, and it does this by you marking them as spam, then they will be blocked in the future.

  If they are showing up as actual posts, than that’s a much worse issue. Change your password now and contact support via a feedback from your dashboard.
