  jeg er utestengt fra min webside av personen som skulle bistå å lage siden. Vedkommende er ikke å få tak i. Serverfirma kan ikke gi meg adgang/backup da jeg ikke står som deres klient. Hva gjør jeg?

  I would advice to contact your hosting support to solve this problem.

  hi startmees,
  thank you. I know WP isnt the host, but the hosting firm (Hetzner) will not give me access as Im not registered with them, only the person I requested assistance from.
  therefor I asked if anyone here knew how to tackle this problem.

  Hi there,

  Hetzner as far as I know its not a domain registrar also, they are only a hosting company.

  This means you should better get in touch with your domain’s registrar, where debbiemathisenstudio.no was purchased.

  As for the files/content of the website you’re trying to get access to, that would depend on the agreement or lack of it.

  Ive been in contact with whom I purchased the domain and they said to contact the host. The host said I have no rights. Going in a ring a bit. Maybe just start over..
