Hire someone for SEO
-
Hi Guys,
I was just wondering if it might be possible to pay someone to optimize my site for google, I know there are a lot of people offering scams for this on the internet so I wanted to come here to try and get some recommendations.
I’m on a tight student budget so I’m not sure I can afford to get this done but I’ll be happy to dicuss price.
Thanks,
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM Sites are Google friendly. There is a list of programmers that work with WordPress sites – Code Poet but I forget the link – the below suggestions should get you off to a good start until someone leaves the code poet link.
Have you verified your site with the search engines? http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Have you followed these guidelines?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-site-traffic/Timethief has some great tips on her site (free by the way, does that help your budget?)

Code Poet http://codepoet.com/ is generally for self-hosted sites rather than sites on WordPress.com.
Any of the links that auxclass pointed you to will certainly help in the SEO department. Just take a weekend and read through and follow the instructions there.
Since timethief’s site is so extensive, perhaps this will help narrow the focus

And I can also help, but I do this for money. You can contact me via my site http://raincoastermedia.com and I specialize in WordPress.com.

@apppilot
I visited your site. Every page I looked at contained a copy and paste from a free download apps site here http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/toxic-boom/id390037282?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4 and some had embedded youtubes which are also freely available to all. They also contained links to that site which Staff may consider to be “advertising”. IMHO you do not need SEO help. You need to create some original content. -
