Hired SEO Company revoked our WordPress access

  Our company outsourced our social media and blogging to a local SEO company. When we decided we would like to start managing this in house, they removed me as one of the admin for our WordPress site. We can no longer access it, and they are ignoring our requests for access.

  It looks as if I must go through these unnecessary motions before I am put through to a member of the WordPress team to help me resolve this issue.

  The blog I need help with is NOT someinfinity.wordpress.com. As mentioned in the post, they have revoked access to the blog I need help with.
