  Hi there,

  To what domain are you referring? If you’re speaking of timothyobrien.org, that domain and the site it’s attached to are locked pending payment of a chargeback fee after you filed a dispute against us in December for the renewal payment that was made in October.

  Once you pay the chargeback fee we can send you a payment link to pay for the domain’s renewal, and then I can reactivate it on your site. Else, the domain will only be released after it expires in October and go through the redemption process.

  You might also still be able to cancel the dispute, in which case we can restore your upgrades or refund you ourselves. However, if it’s too late to cancel the dispute you will need to pay the Chargeback fee that has been added to the cart in your account.
