  It takes 4 to 7 weeks for search engines to index a new blog & that is only if the blog has something worth indexing

  You have a one day old blog with no real content in it – you need to blog more

  A custom domain name can be a very nice way to “brand” your website. But it is not necessary to get noticed by search engines. Creating high quality original content and promoting it through social media and other channels is generally the best path to start on.
