Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host farmaction.us on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions. You can learn more about the performance and security benefits of our managed hosting here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your previous hosting provider. As a result we are not able to offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance since they are typically responsible for backing up accounts they host directy. I recommend contacting your previous hosting provider for further assistance since they are in the best position to help.
Of course it goes without saying that after you have restored your site back to normal working order, you are welcome to migrate your site to our WordPress.com managed hosting by using this plugin. We would love to have you!
The Move to WordPress.com plugin allows you to start migrating a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com directly from the self-hosted site. Prerequisites The Move to WordPress.com plugin installed on your self-hosted WordPress site. Jetpack version 7.9 or higher activated on the self-hosted site. All incompatible plugins deactivated on the self-hosted site. ✅ ThOnce you are hosted here, our daily and incremental backups (which you can access any time you wish) will have you covered from any future unexpected issues. Should anything come up that you are not able to resolve for yourself, you can use our in-house WordPress site support to ask our Happiness Engineers for assistance. Thanks!
