  Does the hit counter include your activity on your blog or only unique visitor activity?

  It says in the Stats page that it doesn’t count your own visits to your blog :)

  does WP offer a feature that counts only unique vistors?

  i.e. if 1 person visits 5 of my pages, that the counter will say “1”

  I think this would be a better way to gauge the traffic on my page?

  There has been discussion on this in a thread. What you’re asking for is Google Analytics. There is an FAQ on it, if you search the FAQs :)

  But basically the answer is no.
