Hit counts

    OK, what’s up with the hit counting here? Looking at my stats page:

    a) I’ll see an odd search term in the search engine terms section, and it’ll show 30 views in a one day period… no way, that was one visitor, how’d it turn into 30?

    b) Many of my pages have numerous linked images (thumbnails on page, links to full size images). I suspect that one visitor will go back and forth, ratcheting up the visit counts for that page.

    Is there no “unique visitor” count available?
