Hit save draft – lost most of my post

I had been typing for almost an hour, typed up a long post and when I hit save draft, it took me to the log in page and I lost everything I had typed since the last time I hit save. Please tell me there’s a way to get it all back.

You may be able to restore an older version from the Revisions module:

Cookies enabled, check. Happened before, check. It actually happened again this afternoon but I had been hitting save a lot more after posting this. The draft I lost was not one of the draft options in the Revisions. I ended up rewriting the whole thing but as fate would have it, it turned out better than the first time so I’m all good. I do plan on hitting save much more frequently so I’ll be guaranteed a revision. Thank you for your response though!
