HitMag title font change on all pages

    I am new to WordPress and this forum so I am having some difficulty navigating everything- so I apologize. I attempted to ask this question previously and got an incorrect reply and the topic was then closed. I cannot seem to find any documentation on how to change the title font on all pages of my site. I was able to change it on my Home using Use any Font Plugin (but I’m not opposed to css), but not on the About, Places or Travel Tips tabs. Is there a way to get the font title to be universally changed? I would appreciate any help! And my site IS a wordpress.com site, not .org. Thanks!

    If it is, that is not a WordPress.com site. It is a self-hosted WordPress(.org) site hosted with Bluehost.
