  how can i show hits per day in blog stats on my blog?

  Use the stats widget; just drag it into the sidebar.

  but the stats widget shows only total number of hits,not hits per day

  Oh, right. Sorry, misunderstood. There is no way to display the hits per day other than putting in a text widget and updating it yourself all day long.
