Hitting "save draft" deletes my work
-
This is the second time that the post I am working on is deleted when I hit “save draft”. The title of the post is still there but all the body is gone as if I never wrote anything so no revisions in the Publish module are visible. Why is this happening. I am afraid to save my work.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First off, I’m really sorry to hear you lost your work. That’s exceptionally frustrating.
Just to be sure, when you visit wordpress.com/post, are you prompted that there is a stored draft available? It would look something like this:
Second, can you let me know the settings you currently have under Safari -> Preferences -> Privacy? You should see a list of settings like this:
Lastly, can you let me know the title of the post that this last happened to?

Hi there
Thanks for your response.
I will answer your questions below:
Question 1: No, no prompts just opens a blank new post page
Question2 : No list of settings like that, just under block cookies – no and under limit access to location services – prompt for each website once a day
Question 3: name of post in question is Cats Macao – Curtain UpHope this helps

Thanks so much for these follow-up details Marise. I’m still digging into this. You’re correct in that there aren’t any revisions for that post. I’m honestly not sure how this could have happened. I’ve seen the Save button fail to save in rare instances, but I’ve never seen it erase work. Can you let me know what happens if you open this link?

Are you prompted with any kind of “more recent version” message?

Hi Jeremy
When I click the link it just ;loads and loads forever but doesn’t ever finish :(

Hmm…how about if you click “Edit” underneath the post here?
