    To note, in order to set a primary custom domain the site would need to be on a paid plan, at a minimum the personal plan.

    It looks like you could be looking to purchase an online store, is that correct? If yes, at a minimum the business plan would need to be in use, as WooCommerce would need to be installed on the site.
