HMTL code appears when editing my page but not when previewing
-
Hi,
Wondering if someone could help, I have a HTML code of a form that I am trying to add to my contact page. When I add a custom HMTL block directly onto my page and insert the code and then preview the code, it is fine but when I update my page and visit the page on the site, the HMTL code shows as blank and nothing appears.
Could you please tell me if i am doing something wrong? I have tried with iFrame and HMTL code and nothing seems to work. iFrame appears to preview fine when I edit but not when I see it on my live website.
Hope you can help! Thanks :)

Hi there,
iframe code is not allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons, and will be stripped out by the editor whenever you save or update a post.
HTML
formtags are likewise not allowed.Have you looked at the contact form option that’s already built into WordPress.com?
We also support embeds of Crowdsignal, JotForms, Wufoo and Google Forms:
Embedding any other type of form via a plugin or iframe code, or creating your own HTML forms, are only possible on our Business Plan.
