Ho to access theme files to make custom template with a blank template and build from it
blog.myjewellerystory.com.au is a wordpress hosted blog where we want to customize the theme file to change look and feel of header,footer,body
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. We can’t create or upload our own themes on WordPress.com, nor edit the theme files directly: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
You can add your own custom CSS to your theme’s existing CSS to change the appearance, but you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade (in the Premium or Business bundle) to do that.
