Ho to avoid navbar collapse on android devices

    Hi all,
    I need to have a static (non-collapsing) menu/navbar on android devices (just as it is on PC).
    Suggestions on same subject I met so far did not work for me because my CSS file does not include the word “collapse” and I have no idea about “bootstrap”.
    I am a beginner (started 2 weeks ago) and will appreciate any other simple suggestion. Thanks
