  Hello again, Did you follow the steps in the support doc I linked to above? Are you logged in with the site owner account (the account that registered it here on WordPressdotcom)?

  If you did follow the instructions but were not successful, did you encounter an error message? If so, what was it?

  I follow support doc's, I can not det or cancel the site. Can you do it ?

  No. Only the site owner can delete the site. If you have lost the log-in credentials for the site owner account, you will need to complete the form for account recovery. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  If you have access to the site dashboard, you can change the site Privacy settings to Private to keep it out of search engines and public view. https://wordpress.com/settings/general/hoffmannhaulingandjunkremoval.wordpress.com Scroll down until you see the Privacy settings and remember to save.

  If you cannot do either of those things, there is nothing further that can be done to close the site.
