Holding the Spacing Between Paragraphs

I’m losing my mind! This is not my first time around writing on blogsites, yet I’m so annoyed looking at my posts and seeing all the spacing is screwed up between lines of verse. I have tried everything that I know of, such as clearing the format, choosing another style of print, inserting the spacing after the last character in a stanza, inserting spacing before the first character in the next stanza, everything. I’m just very unhappy with the way that my work looks, as the spacing is important. Many of my poems are just one long block of words with no spacing between sections of verse. Please help!
