  My website Theme came with a page called “Home.” It is permanent, and cannot be removed. I have searched on pages, and it says the only page is “About.” What? Does that mean that the “Home” that comes with the Theme cannot be removed? I also cannot edit it, for it is not validated as a page. All it says is “Not found.” THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. I CANNOT DELETE OR EDIT THIS PAGE. Please help me.

  The home ‘page’ (which isn’t really a page) is where by default, your posts will be published. It’s put in your menu so people can just click on it, to get back to the latest ‘page’ of posts from either the post they were on, or a different page, wherever. It just links back to your blog, just like your title does.

  If you don’t want that there since clicking on your title does that, you can go to Appearance -> Menus and then create a custom menu, where you can put links to a specific category or to your pages, and just make sure you don’t have the Home page selected in your menu.
