Home and About pages showing up after being deleted…

  Hi. I’ve got my blog up and running, but even though I deleted the Home and About pages under Pages tab on my dashboard, they are still showing up and directing to a placeholder “this is embarrassing” page. I’d really prefer to just have the text at the top and the header image and no other links. How can I make them go away? Thanks.

  To fix this, please navigate to your Menu page here:

  https://markbperry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

  For both items (Home and About), click the small down arrow to expand the box. In that box, click “Delete” as shown here:

  

  Then, save the menu and you should be good to go! Let me know if you run into any trouble.
